We'd love to see you return, not your orders. We work hard to make it happen. But we do understand the challenges that online shopping may bring. Not being able to touch the fabric, try on the product, smell the material, or feel the texture, might work against us and against our customers. But no worries! In fact, in most cases, the actual item looks and feels much better in real than on screen! One reason is that colors may come across differently on monitor screens. Moreover, fine textures may be invisible even with the best images. However, we believe that you will often be surprised, on the positive way. This is why we see many of you coming back for more and becoming loyal friends.

Unfortunately, in some unlikely cases, the item may run too large or too tight, the fabric will slightly different than expected, or you simply changed your mind. That's OK. That is freedom. Freedom to choose. Freedom to change your mind. We understand that! This is why we have an unparalleled no questions asked return policy.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for money back refund, for a store credit or for an exchange of goods within 365 days of purchase. In some cases, we are obliged to limit the money/credit back option and offer store credit or exchange facilities instead. Again, with no questions asked! We will gladly accept returns of any item you have purchased as long as it complies with our easy return policy.

 › For store credit, gift voucher, rewards points credit or exchange:

All items must return in good condition within 365 days from order day. If the packaging is open, but the item is unused and new (smoke and fragrance free). Promotional or gift items cannot be returned. Customized items can be returned according to special conditions (see the full return policy) or just ask us.

› For money back option (or if you prefer store credit, or exchange):

Items must be received back within 30 days (from original dispatch day). Open or unopened items if new, with original labels, unused and smoke and fragrance free. You can choose money refund to your bank account or credit card, or exchange to another item or to receive store /rewards point, gift voucher credit.

In order to provide you with quality items and with free shipping rates option on most orders, we leave return shipping costs to you. The shipping costs for an exchange item from us to you- are on us!

› How to Return or Exchange your purchase

Please make sure your item is eligible to return, and that it complies with our full return policy. It is your responsibility to read and acknowledge the terms and conditions prior to making any use of our website.

› Eligible for return?

We do not require you to fill in any complicated forms. Just send the item back. Pack it well so it will not be damaged en route. Please include a small note with the desired action you expect from us (return, exchange etc.). If you wish, you may print this example as reference. You do not need to specify a reason for the return, but any feedback from your side, will be very helpful. Please ship your return to the address below:
